Refund & Cancellation Policy

​Appointments and Payments
Clients may book sessions online, by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Payment in full is required at the time of online booking.
Alternative payment methods (cash, card, or bank transfer) are available for direct bookings.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds

Refunds are available for sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment (e.g., card, bank transfer).

Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments.
No-shows (non-attendance without notice) will be charged the full session fee.

Workshop and Course Bookings
For workshops or courses requiring advance booking, refunds will be available if cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the start date.
After this time, refunds may not be possible, though credits may be offered at our discretion.
